At Tripti Tea, we take care to pack every order fresh and ship it safely to your doorstep. This policy explains our shipping charges, delivery timelines, and what to expect after you place an order.

Orders are packed and dispatched by Shree Hanuman Multi Trade LLP from Madhupur, Jharkhand.

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹500.
• Orders of ₹500 or more qualify for free shipping across India.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your cart subtotal before payment.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed successfully.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If cancelled, any amount paid will be refunded.

Service Coverage

• We currently ship across India only.
• Delivery is available to most pin codes served by our courier partners.
• If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternate address.
• Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details (where available) will be shared by email or phone.
• You can also view your order status by signing in to your account.
• For help tracking an order, contact us with your order number.

Delays & Delivery Issues

• Delays may occur due to courier backlog, natural events, festivals, strikes, or incorrect address details.
• If a package is returned as undelivered (wrong address, unresponsive recipient, etc.), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
• Please inspect your package on delivery. If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
